The City of La Quinta is the first city in the valley to implement an innovative technique to better serve our customers! 

The Customer Service Center, now officially called the The Hub, is the One-Stop-Shop Center for all permits and business licenses. No need to go from department to department!   

As a Five-Star Resort treatment, customers check in at the Concierge on a first-come, first-serve basis. While waiting for their turn, customers get to relax in our comfortable, plush chairs with complimentary coffee, tea, and water.

The Hub counter is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If you cannot arrive before the 4:00 PM closing, please call ahead to arrange an appointment.
