Choosing a Successful Business Location

Every business owner must choose a location that will contribute to the success of their business.  To assist you with your site selection, the City of La Quinta has compiled a Directory of Retail Centers and Office Buildings which are located within the city limits. The directory provides information about La Quinta’s four main areas of commercial and business activity:  Highway 111, Jefferson Street, La Quinta Village/Downtown and Washington Street.  It also includes the name and contact information for the leasing agent/property manager for the respective centers and buildings.  If you are interested in establishing a business at any of these locations, we encourage you to contact them directly for leasing availability or more information.

Prospective business owners may also be interested in the City’s Economic Development Strategic Plan which outlines the City’s strategy for its economic development efforts.
